Policies

Cancellation Policy:

4 Week cancellation policy from check in date with full refund. Penalty if cancelled within 4 four weeks from Check In date is 50% of the total booking amount including taxes. Same applies for early check outs.

Reservation Policy:
To make a reservation a deposit of 50% is charged to your credit card 4 weeks before check in of the total booking amount.

We may cancel the reservation at anytime if the deposit isn’t received.

NO PET POLICY:

We Have a strict NO PET POLICY. There will be a $500 fine plus damages to anyone who brings a pet inside our rooms. There are no exceptions to the “NO PET POLICY”.

Payment Policy:
Initial payment may be made by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover).

A deposit of half the rental fee is needed at the time of reservation by credit or debit card to hold the property.

Smoking Policy

 Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in all rooms. The hotel is strictly non-smoking. (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in any rooms.)
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
APPLE INN AND SUITES enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
 
Damages:
Guest will be held responsible for all damages to property.
Facility Policy:
Only registered guests staying at the Apple Inn and Suites may use the property’s facilities.
